We offer FREE 2-4 day delivery on all online orders within the UK*
Small items are generally sent via Royal Mail, larger items are dispatched using our courier service.
Customised printed products will be dispatched as soon as they are printed and lead times/estimated delivery will be confirmed once we have received your order and print details.
Next Day / Weekend Delivery
Our free delivery service is 2-4 days but to be honest it’s often just as cost effective to send it on a next day delivery, so we generally do, at no extra cost to you (just don’t rely on this if you need your item urgently).
If you have any specific delivery requirements such as guaranteed next day or weekend delivery let us know at the time of ordering and we’ll let you know if it’s possible. Occasionally, this can mean additional costs to you but we’ll have a chat before any charges are made – it’s all about being reasonable, right?
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom will be advised carriage charge by email shortly after we receive your order. Carriage is charged at cost and is specific to each order dependent on weight and volume. Delivery times vary on destination.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund or exchange. Items returned must be unused and in resaleable condition.
If your goods are not satisfactory, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return the item(s) in resaleable condition in secure packaging clearly stating your order number and contact.
We would recommend that you return your item using a secure method – i.e. Recorded Delivery and that you retain your proof of postage. We can only accept responsibility for the item once it has been received by us.

Once received, your refund or exchange will be processed. Refunds will be made by the same method as items purchased. This may take up to 5 working days.
Personalised items that have been customised to your specific requirements are uneligible for return unless they are faulty or unfit for purpose.
